Booking your trip

 

1) What is included in the trip cost?

All lodging, meals and beverages, all ground transportations during the trip, service of our expert guides, support vehicles.

 

2) What is the deposit, and when is the balance due?

The deposit for our trips is XXXX per person and is non-refundable. The balance of all trip fees is due 90 days before the beginning of the trip.

 

3) How do I choose the right trip?

There is no one trip that we can recommend for everyone. We offer trips in Italy, France and USA, China, Brazil….ecc…. and some are more focused on cycling than others. If you still have questions after reviewing our destinations and trip detail pages, please contact us.

 

4) How do I contact you to ask questions about a trip?

Please email us at hello@inGamba.pro or call us at 888.316.9197. We are based in Piasco, Piedmont and are typically available during normal business hours.

 

5) Do you do private or custom trips?

We have created custom trips for many of our clients. Some of these custom trips have been similar to our standard trips with a private group booking out an entire trip on our calendar. But, some have been very different for families with children, or special interest groups. Please contact us for more information.

 

6) Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. We highly recommend that you purchase travel insurance for a number of reasons.
The link and Travel Agent ID number for our travel insurance partner Allianz will be provided during the booking process.

 

7) Should I tip your staff?

Many of our guests ask if gratuities for the staff are appropriate. We suggest that if you feel like the staff has gone above and beyond to give you the best experience possible then that work should be recognized. Generally most of our guests find that 5-10% of the cost of the trip is an appropriate amount. All gratuities are split evenly between the staff like a professional race team splits a winning prize purse. It is frequently the people who are never in the spotlight who make each week a success.

 

8) Are there non-riding activities?

Non-rider activities vary for each trip depending primarily on the location. Some activities include guided city tours, guided hikes or walks, special spa visits, wine tasting and many more.

 

About the ride

 

9) How fit do I need to be for the trip?

This is always the first concern people raise. OM Adventures trips are geared to cyclists.
Some of our guests feel like they get the most out of their vacation with a little bit of coaching in the months leading up to the trip. Tailored coaching packages will be offered during and after booking.

 

10) What ride support do you offer?

We have guides riding with you on the bike. We also have at least one follow cars driven by professional mechanics who will swap your wheel if you get a flat.

 

Equipment

 

11) Can I bring my own bike?

Yes, you can bring your own bike. However, our guests are always impressed by our OM bikes and many frequently purchase them and take them home at the end of the trip.
